For guaranteed same day flower delivery in Dublin please order prior to 11 am online.

If you have missed the online cut off time please ring our shop and will we accommodate you if at all possible.

Before placing your order please ensure that you have included the following details:

• Your name and contact details,
• the recipient’s name, address and as many contact details as possible (landline mobile etc.).

If the intended recipient is not present when a flower delivery is attempted our standard procedure is to make phone contact with the recipient to make alternative delivery arrangements or we will leave the gift with an immediate neighbour and leave a card for the intended recipient informing them where their gift has been left. If this is not possible a card is left at the intended recipients address informing them a delivery was attempted and to contact us to arrange collection or an alternative delivery time. If the delivery cannot be made or has to be directed to another address there may be an extra delivery charge.

Our delivery service will be extended into the evening on occasions such as St. Valentine’s Day, Christmas or Mother’s Day. Specific delivery times can not be accepted due to the wide area we cover and the high volumes of traffic at particular times of the day.

The exceptions are Sympathy Tributes for delivery to a church or funeral home with a specific service time and business addresses which will receive delivery during normal office hours.

Sunday flower delivery – unfortunately we are closed on Sundays and delivery services are not available. (Exceptions apply on Mother’s day, Valentine’s day or around the Christmas period)

Public or Bank Holiday flower delivery – we are closed on public and bank holidays and delivery services are unavailable.

In certain locations hotels, offices etc. the signature of an authorised person will be accepted as proof of delivery.

Hospitals have almost all stopped taking deliveries of flowers for patients. It would be better to ring us with your order and we can advise whats best to do. 

We reserve the right to substitute flowers in arrangements and bouquets. This may arise on rare occasions if a particular flower is out of stock or deemed unfit on the required delivery date. Where this is the case, flowers substituted are always of an equal or greater value.

Collections

Orders must be placed before 11 am for same day and will be ready for collection after 3 pm Monday – Friday.

Saturday collection will need to be done before 12.45pm as we close at 1pm
